I had a great time staying here for 3 nights, the location was perfect in the center and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Central heating and a writing table in the room, comfortable location. Extremely helpful staff with a good portion of humor.

Very close to the central train station, making it convenient for those arriving by bus from the airport. Located in central Rome, just 2 km away from all the interesting places in the city. Reception is open 24/7, perfect for late-night arrivals. Spacious rooms with private bathrooms and hot water in the showers. Friendly staff, despite our late arrival. Superb coffee shop next door with excellent coffee and delicious sandwiches and pastries.

Located just 100m away from Termini, it was incredibly convenient for travelers arriving by bus from the airport. the 24/7 reception on the first floor ensured a smooth check-in process, especially for those with late flights. the room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and equipped with excellent wifi. the shower had hot water and functioned well. We appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff, who made us feel welcome despite our late arrival. The nearby coffee shop offered delicious coffee and delectable sandwiches and pastries for breakfast. Cons: Nothing at all. 😊.

Free WiFi. well, sort of. It was like trying to catch a signal from outer space. It made me appreciate carrier pigeons and snail mail.

The bathroom was a delightful mix of grime and hair, like a DIY spa experience gone horribly wrong.

Great Location: the hotel is conveniently located near the train station and is easily accessible for transportation around the city. It's perfect for those arriving by bus from the airport or for late arrivals, as there are shops nearby that stay open late.

Poor Hygiene: the cleanliness of the hotel was subpar, with dirty floors and toilets. It seems like a simple cleaning could have improved the overall condition of the rooms.

I recently stayed at a hotel in central Rome for 3 nights. The location was extremely convenient, just 100 m from Termini and close to the airport bus stop. Despite being in a bustling area, the noise level was surprisingly low. The reception was open 24/7 and the staff were friendly, even with my late arrival. The room, on the third floor, was spacious and had a well-functioning shower with hot water. The hotel also had a nearby superb coffee shop with delicious food.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The room at Friendship Palace was great, it had air conditioning and a private bathroom. I also loved having a wardrobe to keep my things organized. The desk was helpful for planning my day as a budget traveler.

The only thing I didn't like was that not all rooms had a safety deposit box. But it's just my personal preference, others might not mind.
